Joe Eubanks is a Seattle, Washington, professional who provides training and other elements of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) support as head of The Fair and Impartial Foundation. Focused on ensuring systemic equity throughout organizations, he has worked with clients in sectors such as higher education, health care, and criminal defense. Joe Eubanks holds a post-graduate degree in diversity and inclusion from the University of Kansas. He earned his undergraduate political science degree at the University of Mississippi.
Mr. Eubanks has also served as executive director of climate, culture, diversity and belonging at Wenatchee Valley College since 2023. He reports to the school’s president and provides strategic insights toward the development of an integrated and comprehensive framework for addressing inequitable power dynamics and structural elements that impede basic activities such as learning, teaching, and research.
Mr. Eubanks previously directed DEI initiatives at Community Health Care in Tacoma, Washington, where he managed programs related to promotions, pay and hiring equity, and employee coaching. His professional background also includes managing the Lawrence Community Shelter in Kansas, where he ensured the proper delivery of crisis intervention within a supportive and therapeutic environment. His case management helped numerous clients escape homelessness.
